Permanent contract (CDI), based in Rennes or Paris.
Your role and responsibilities:
As Project Manager, your mission will be to ensure the smooth running of the projects and you will be in charge of the following missions:
- Organization of project launch and closure meetings
- Project planning: manage resources allocation based on budget and workloads
- Piloting of project management tools: monitoring of activities and projects via the ProjeQtor tool
- Coordination between R&D teams and customers
- Regular reporting on the progress of projects to the steering committee
- Communication with customers: main interface by email and video
- Follow-up of deliveries to customers
- Monitoring of technical facts and customer requests during project execution
- Support and maintenance after the finalization of projects
- Continuous improvement approach to project processes and tools
Education, Experience & Skills:
- You ideally have a first professional experience during which you have been in contact with a client
- Appetite for project management
- Good command of written and oral English
- Organization, versatility, adaptability, method and rigor are essential for this job position
- Knowledge in electronic engineering, microelectronics, software is a plus
