Secure IC Pay Equity Statement
The Professional Future Act created an index on professional equality between women and men, aimed at reducing wage gaps; companies with more than 50 employees must publish this index each year along with the measures and actions to be taken.
Secure-IC SAS obtained a Gender Equality Index of 93 out of 100. The results of the four indicators are:
- Pay gap: 39/40 points
- Gap in the number of individual raises: 35/35 points
- Percentage of employees who received a raise in the year following their return from maternity leave: no raises were granted during any period of maternity leave taken in 2025
- Number of employees of the underrepresented gender among the 10 highest paid: 5/10 points.
