IP Soc China 2025
Secure-IC was pleased to take part in IP Soc China 2025, held in Shanghai earlier this September. This year, our participation was conducted remotely, allowing us to connect with the vibrant Chinese semiconductor ecosystem and share our vision for secure innovation.
Our presentation, entitled “Bringing Security to Chiplets for Trustworthy Systems in Package,” was delivered by Shengnan WANG, General Manager China at Secure-IC.
Chiplet-based architectures are reshaping semiconductor design by offering unprecedented scalability and efficiency. However, these advances also raise critical security concerns. In this talk, we explored how embedded security enclaves can enable trust propagation, cryptographic authentication, and post-quantum resilience across heterogeneous chiplet ecosystems.
Through concrete use cases, we showcased how Secure-IC supports its partners with:
- Secure integration of chiplets into complex systems
- Robust IP protection
- Alignment with evolving regulatory requirements
By accelerating time to market while ensuring system integrity, Secure-IC continues to empower semiconductor leaders to innovate securely and confidently.
