Your role and responsibilities

Reporting to the Director of Finance, Talents and ESG, as Finance Manager you will manage, coordinate and report on activities relating to finance, accounting, treasury and management control for all Secure-IC sites (head office and subsidiaries).

In particular, you will be responsible for

  • Drawing up company financing plans and budgets (annual and multi-year);
  • Supervise management control procedures;
  • Monitor compliance with procedures and deadlines;
  • Develop dashboards and monitoring indicators;
  • Ensure proper management of financial indicators;
  • Implement new financial analysis indicators;
  • Manage the cash position of the Group and its subsidiaries, in liaison with the Finance Director;
  • Automate cash management processes;
  • Develop and improve management procedures, in line with our Quality process;
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and procedures;
  • Validate financial statements and supervise the annual closing of the financial year;
  • Supervise accounting and management control team members;
  • Manage relations with external partners involved in financial matters: chartered accountants, auditors, statutory auditors, bankers, etc;
  • Participate in all other related activities linked to the company’s financial strategy.

Education, Experience & Skills

  • Bac+5 degree, Diplôme Supérieur de Comptabilité et Gestion (DSCG), Master’s specialized in finance or accounting, contrôle audit (CCA) or a business school diploma with a specialization in finance or accounting.
  • Mastery of French Gaap standards (and IFRS ideally)
  • Mastery of budget management, balance sheet and P&L analysis, cost control
  • Good knowledge of tax and accounting law
  • Perfect command of English and IT tools (Office suite)
  • Proficiency in ERP-type tools (ideally SageX3) and dashboard tools (PowerBI)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, good communication skills with people inside and outside the company
  • Thoroughness, responsiveness, initiative, analytical skills
  • Ability to manage an accounting and management control team.
